1. Pre-Order Fundraiser Model

All products sold through FundraiserCentral.com are custom, made-to-order items offered as part of a limited-time fundraiser. Orders are collected during a designated pre-order window and are produced after the fundraiser closes.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because all products are custom-made specifically for each fundraiser, all sales are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

Each fundraiser may be subject to a minimum total order quantity. If the minimum order quantity is not met:
  • The fundraiser may be canceled
  • Customers will receive a full refund to the original form of payment
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–10 business days after cancellation.

4. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production begins after the fundraiser closes. Estimated delivery time frames are provided for planning purposes but are not guaranteed. FundraiserCentral is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.

5. Distribution

Blankets are shipped in bulk to the designated organization or distribution location. FundraiserCentral is not responsible for individual distribution to purchasers.

6. Product Variations

Due to the custom nature of the product, slight variations in color, sizing, or final appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

7. Payment & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you authorize payment in full at the time of purchase. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for products clearly described as final-sale custom fundraiser items.

8. Limitation of Liability

FundraiserCentral’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
