Is there a risk-free way to run a fundraiser?

There are two ways to run a fundraiser: Pre-Orders and Bulk Orders.

The risk-free option is to collect pre-orders and payments through the custom popup store we create for you. Simply share the store link or QR code with your community via email, social media, or flyers. We handle the payments and provide a detailed report of all orders. Once the pre-orders are finalized, your blankets go into production and are delivered in 45–60 days.

The second option is to place a bulk order upfront and sell the blankets at events like school football games, sponsored runs or walks, soccer tournaments, emergency fundraisers, and more.

What if I cannot commit to or reach the 50-blanket minimum order?

We’ve set the minimum order quantity as low as possible while offering incredible pricing, so you can earn a significant profit on every blanket sold. You decide what to charge, but we recommend $25 for the large size and $30 for the extra-large size.

For example, if you sell 23 large blankets at $25 each, you would collect $575. The cost for 50 blankets is $525 (excluding card fees and tax, if applicable), leaving a small profit, plus 27 additional blankets that you can sell later to increase your fundraising earnings.

If you receive fewer than 50 pre-orders and wish to cancel, simply email us — you can cancel at no cost to you.

Can I order blankets even if it’s not for a fundraiser?

Absolutely! While we specialize in helping schools, sports teams, and community groups with fundraisers, anyone can order our blankets in bulk. They’re high-quality, ultra-soft, and priced to give you exceptional value — perfect for corporate branding, gifts, events, and more.

Is the FREE Sample Blanket really free?

Yes — the sample blanket is completely free. We do not charge for the blanket or the shipping. The free sample is limited to one blanket per organization.

How long does it take to start a fundraiser?

A new fundraiser can be started in 3-5 business days.

What are all the steps in running a pre-order fundraiser, and who does what?

Running a blanket fundraiser with FundraiserCentral.com is easy — we handle most of the work for you.

What you do:
– Send us your logo.
– Complete a short questionnaire about your fundraiser.
– Promote your fundraiser using the marketing materials we provide (flyer, social posts, and email campaigns).
– Distribute the blankets to everyone.

What we do:
– Create three custom blanket designs for you to choose from within 1–3 business days after receiving your logo.
– Prepare and send marketing materials along with your custom pre-order website within 1–2 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
– After the pre-order window closes, send you a report of everyone who ordered blankets and deliver them in 45–60 calendar days.
– Send your profits via your preferred payment method (ACH, Zelle, or check) within 15 days of delivery.

Do you provide marketing materials to help us sell them?

We provide all the marketing materials you need to run a successful fundraiser, fully customized with your logo and colors. This includes:

– Sales flyer: Ready to print or include in emails, featuring a picture of the blanket as well as a QR code to place orders.
– Email templates: Pre-written content for announcing the fundraiser, sending reminders, and notifying your community when the fundraiser is ending.
– Social media content: Posts designed to keep your fundraiser top-of-mind with your supporters.

Do I need to collect pre-orders and payments myself?
No, and that’s what makes fundraising with us so easy! We create a custom online store for your fundraiser that tracks every order and securely collects payments for you. Payments are processed through Stripe, an industry-leading payment platform, so everything is safe and seamless.
How much should we charge for the blankets?
You set the price! Most groups charge $25 for a large and $30 for an extra-large, earning over 100% profit per blanket. With similar blankets retailing for $20–$40, your fundraiser has great profit potential. You can adjust pricing to hit your specific fundraising goals and maximize earnings.

Pricing & Costs

Are there any other costs besides the price of each blanket?
There are no additional costs for the blankets, aside from the card processing fees and sales tax if your organization is not tax-exempt. Artwork design, setup, marketing materials, the popup store, and shipping are all completely FREE!
Can I change the back of the blanket to a color other than white?
To upgrade the blanket with a single solid color back that matches the front design, the cost is $1.50 per large blanket and $2.00 per extra-large blanket.
Why isn’t it less expensive for larger orders?
Thanks to the volume of business we do with our supplier, we’re able to offer the 5,000-blanket price break for any order of 50 or more. Rather than charging more for smaller orders, we chose a single, low price so you can maximize your fundraising profits from the very first blanket!
Can I return unsold blankets?
These blankets are custom-made, so returns aren’t possible. With pre-orders, you won’t have any unsold stock. If you order in bulk, plan carefully based on past fundraisers—and don’t worry, you can always order more if demand is higher than expected!

Artwork & Customization

Do I need high-resolution artwork?
We can work with any artwork you provide. High-quality files like .ai.eps.pdf, or .svg are ideal, and color info (PMS, HEX, RGB, or CMYK) helps too. We can also work with lower-resolution .jpg and .png files, or even use the logo directly from your website. Our design team will turn your materials into three unique blanket designs for you to choose from!
If I don't like the initial three designs, can I get more?
Absolutely! Tell us how to improve the designs, and we’ll create additional options at no extra charge until you’re thrilled with your blanket.
Can I provide my own design?
You bet! If you already have a design you’d like to use, just send it to us and we’ll make it happen.
Can I make changes to the design after I’ve approved it?
Unfortunately, once a design is approved, changes cannot be made. Please take the time to review your preferred design carefully—consulting with colleagues if needed—and make sure you love it before giving your approval.

Lead Time & Distribution

How long does it take for the blankets to be delivered?
Once your order is started, blankets will be delivered in 45–60 calendar days. For popup stores, the order is started when the pre-order window closes.
How are the blankets distributed to each supporter?
Your entire order is shipped to the single address you provide. From there, you’ll handle distributing the blankets.

Show Me The Money!

How do we receive our fundraiser profits?
Once your order is delivered and you confirm everything looks correct, we will send your profits within 15 days using your preferred payment method: ACH, Zelle, or check.
If we placed a bulk order, when do we pay you?

Credit Card: Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Orders paid by ACH, Zelle, or check receive a 3% cash discount, which is reflected in the $10.50 and $13.00 pricing. Credit card payments are processed at the standard pricing without the discount.

Purchase Order (PO#): An invoice with Net 30 payment terms will be issued at the time the order is placed. Payment can be made via ACH, Zelle, or check.

Repeat Clients Without a PO#: An invoice with Net 30 terms will be sent when the order is placed. Payment can be made by ACH, Zelle, or check.

Large Orders (500+ Units): A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to begin production. The remaining balance will be invoiced immediately under Net 30 terms. Payment can be made by ACH, Zelle, or check.
